Book Review: The Seven Year Slip

One of the book’s for my April TBR is Ashley Poston’s The Seven Year Slip. I gave this book a 3.7 and here’s why.

**SOME SPOILERS**

First, this is a shortish book with 348 pages. I read this book in 2 hours.

The female main character is Clementine, a book publicist dealing with her very recent aunt’s death. She was very close to her aunt and ends up moving into her old apartment. This is a magic apartment that skips time. 7 years at a time.

She eventually meets Iwan in the apartment 7 years prior and they start a slow burn. They eventually catch up to each other in real life and real time.

This is a really cute book, half of one star for spiciness and good character development. My only complaint is the end feels kinda rushed to wrap it all up for a happy ending.

But overall, if you’re looking for a cute easy lil romance, definitely read this!
